An Epi Pen was observed without prescription box and prescription directions. Epi Pen present without prescription box. No first and last name of the child observed or the date the prescription was filled observed. The expiration date, dosage amount, or length of time to give the medication observed. No instructions for the administration and storage observed.. Staff have not taken medication management training.
